Two of renewable energy industry’s leading corporate executives have joined the Inox group in recent past.

Gaurav Mathur, who was Director-Sales at Trina Solar, looking after the Chinese solar manufacturing major’s SAARC region operations, has joined Inox Solar as its CEO. Vinay Pabba, CEO, Macquarie-backed, Hyderabad-based Vibrant Energy, a renewable energy developer, has joined Inox Neo Energies, a subsidiary of Inox Clean, as its CEO. Vibrant was acquired by Inox Clean last year. Inox Neo Energies is a 3 GW renewable power generation platform; it aims to set up at least 15 GW of installed hybrid RE capacity (solar + wind + BESS) within the next 2-3 years, according to its website. Inox Neo became a 3 GW company with a string of portfolio and company acquisitions last year, including SkyPower, EverGreen, Vibrant, SunSource, WindWorld and Vena Energy.

When Inox Neo Energies acquired Vena for ₹6,000 crore, it got Vena’s Country Head, Monika Rathi into its fold, and made her its CEO. Now, with Vinay Pabba taking over that role, it is understood that Monika would be the CEO in charge of Organic Projects & Asset Management
