For those planning to spend time in the garden this summer, parasols offer protection from harmful UV rays while providing cover during unexpected downpours.
They aren’t always cheap, making it worthwhile to watch out for deals when they appear. The Habitat 2m Water Repellent Garden Parasol , available through Argos, has been reduced from its original £60 to £48 and is selling fast.
According to the Argos website, the complete product description states: “Summer afternoons in the garden are made for this. Elsewhere, for a cute pink aesthetic, Amazon is also selling this Christow Portable Garden Parasol , which is currently reduced for £39.99. The parasol is available in a range of colours including pink, green, navy, taupe and more.
Otherwise, Habitat has this clever Overhanging Garden Parasol (£110), designed to hover over seating without a central pole. The offset helps chairs, loungers and dining sets all get proper coverage, reports the Liverpool Echo.
Back in the Argos reviews for the reduced parasol , one shopper said: “I purchased this right at the start of the recent heatwave and it has been a total godsend! What I love about it is its lightweight feel and the parasol is the perfect size to cover a small seating area on your deck.”
