The latest report comes from Ice Universe, a reliable tech tipster. Their X/Twitter post shows a screenshot of a listing focused on the Galaxy S26 Edge’s battery capacity. In the mobile technology industry, such listings often provide an early indication of a device’s final hardware specifications. According to the listing, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Edge’s battery has a rated capacity of 4,078mAh. Based on industry practices, Samsung will likely market this cell with a 4,200mAh nominal capacity.
For comparison, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge had a rated capacity of 3,786mAh, which was marketed as 3,900mAh nominal capacity. Additionally, the 4,200mAh figure matches that of an earlier leak.
Overall, the Galaxy S26 Edge aims to offer more juice for your everyday use. One of the areas where the current S25 Edge could be improved is undoubtedly its battery capacity.
