In addition to announcing the Motorola Razr 2026 with Swarovski Crystals at IFA 2026, the company also dropped a new smartwatch, the Moto Watch Ultra. This watch has surfaced several times thus far, and it’s now finally official.
The Motorola Moto Watch Ultra is now official and it includes Polar tech
Motorola says that the watch is “designed for the 5-a.m. fitness enthusiasts as well as the people who want to better understand their health.” Motorola actually teamed up with Polar with this one to provide Polar insights.
Motorola says that thanks to Polar, users can turn to the following wellness features: Serene, Nightly Recharge, Sleep Plus Stages, Activity Goal, Activity Score, Active Intensity Zones, Inactivity Alert, and Energy Sources.
Serene, for example, is a breathing exercise mode that offers real-time biofeedback for relaxation. Nightly Recharge combines sleep quality and autonomic nervous system (ANS) recovery measurement.
Furthermore, Sleep Plus Stages feature tracks the quality of one’s sleep and the time spent in different sleep stages. And so on, there are quite a few interesting new features here, as you can see, most of which are kind of self-explanatory.
Running Coach is on board, as is LTE functionality
In addition ot all those, the Motorola Watch Ultra can monitor key vitals with health tracking sensors. Running Coach is also here, as it offers guided running and walking workouts.
This is the first Moto Watch with LTE functionality. Dual-band GPS is also here, and this is also the first Motorola wearable with built-in Motorola Quira.
The Motorola Moto Watch Ultra is fueled by the Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 chip. It includes a 1.5-inch OLED display, which can provide up to 2,700 nits of brightness. This is a 46mm watch with a stainless steel body, by the way.
The Moto Watch Ultra is IP68 and 5ATM rated for excellent ingress protection. The Gorilla Glass 3 sits on top of the display ot protect it. 2GB of RAM is included, along with 32GB of storage. Bluetooth 5.3 is supported, as is an eSIM.
The watch has a heart-rate sensor and SpO2 measuring option as well. A 550mAh battery sits on the inside, and it can provide you with up ot 2 days of active use (AOD off), says Motorola.
It comes in silicone and leather watch band options
The watch is compatible with standard 22mm watch bands, so you can swap them as you prefer. You can choose between a silicone band in PANTONE Black Beauty or PANTONE Mountain View, and a genuine leather option that features PANTONE Black Beauty and PANTONE Nuthatch colors.
In the US, the Motorola Moto Watch Ultra will be available on Motorola.com starting September 24 for $349.99. T-Mobile, Metro by T-Mobile, AT&T, Xfinity Mobile, and Consumer Cellular availability is planned as well, as the watch will become available from those carriers in the coming months.
