realme has just announced its 10,001mAh Titan Battery technology. This is a “ground-breaking power solution,” according to realme’s press release, and it is a huge milestone for battery capacities.
“This milestone cements realme’s position as the Battery Tech Pioneer and propels the industry into a new era of 10000mAh-class endurance, redefining expectations for all-day, everyday mobile power.”
Realme says that this battery would “deliver week-long endurance while maintaining stable performance throughout its lifecycle.” This is what we expected, with a battery that large, we’ve seen 7,000mAh and larger batteries from realme and its sister brands OPPO and OnePlus already, that could last days on a charge.
This battery will power the upcoming realme P4 Power
In today’s press release, realme is mostly focusing on the battery, this new Titan Battery, which is now the largest on the market. But, they did also mention that it will serve as the “power core of the upcoming realme P4 Power”. The company says it would share more details regarding availability, specs, and regional launch plans very soon.
We’ve seen rumors and leaks that the realme P4 Power will launch in India soon, which is where a lot of these huge battery smartphones typically end up. Just yesterday, realme confirmed that the device will have a TransView design, which includes a dual-tone finish. The bottom half is a matte texture while the top area is semi-transparent with a “Precision Energy Loop” element surrounding the camera island. It will be available in TransSilver, TransOrange, and TransBlue.
This is expected to be a mid-range device with a massive battery. While there was no P3 Power last year, we did have a P3 which had the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 processor, with an FHD+ display. So that means that this 10,001mAh battery could last a literal week on a charge, since it likely will have a lower-end processor that will sip juice.
