Samsung finally took the covers off the Galaxy S26 series and the Galaxy Buds 4 series at the Galaxy Unpacked event last week. The phones are currently in pre-order, with users in Europe scheduled to start receiving their units from March 6th, 2026. That’s still more than a couple of days away. However, Samsung has reportedly delivered the Galaxy S26 Ultra one week early to one lucky buyer in the region.
Samsung has reportedly delivered the Galaxy S26 Ultra early to a user
Reddit user, Boris499, claims to have received their pre-ordered Galaxy S26 Ultra on February 27th, which is way before the official delivery date. The user even shared photos of the device, confirming its early arrival. This isn’t the first time a pre-ordered Galaxy smartphone has reached a customer before the official delivery window. However, in this case, the device arrived almost a full week in advance, which doesn’t seem to have happened before.
Since only one person received an early delivery, it’s possible that Samsung shipped the device early accidentally. That said, the photos shared by the user don’t share anything new. Here’s our first 24-hour experience with the Galaxy S26 Ultra, if you’re interested.
No supply chain constraints
With the Galaxy S26 series, it’s worth noting that some retailers in Dubai reportedly began selling the Galaxy S26 Ultra almost three days before the official unveiling. Either way, the early delivery suggests that there will be no supply chain constraints and that most buyers will receive their devices on time.
If you’re planning on upgrading to the Galaxy S26 Ultra, the pre-order phase could be the best time. You can take advantage of trade deals and some additional perks Samsung has to offer. This includes getting the 512GB variant for the price of 256GB in some regions. So it’s better to act fast.
